Q: How old do I have to be to order and/or receive a Brewquet?
A: We go by the book. You have to be 19 years of age or older (18 in AB), to order and/or receive a Brewquet. We check for I.D on delivery.
Q: I didn’t receive an email confirming my order. What should I do?
A: Check your junk mail folder (you know the drill). If you have not received a confirmation email, you can reach us at email@example.com. Please Include your first and last name as well as the Brewquet that you ordered.

Q: Where do you hand deliver? How much does it cost?
A: We offer free delivery to the following areas
Q: Can a delivery be made outside of the free delivery areas?
A: Sure! We can deliver anywhere in BC. However, we can only offer free delivery to the areas listed on our delivery page. For delivery outside these areas, contact us at email@example.com for information on delivery quotes.
Q: Will you contact the recipient before delivery?
A: If a special request is made we can call to make sure the recipient available.
Q: I would like my order delivered at a specific time, is that possible?
A: All deliveries are made between 9:30am and 5pm. Call or send us an email if you'd like a specific time slot, and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Q: What is the deal with the white labels? What kind of beer is it?
A: Great question! Legally, in accordance with liquor delivery laws, we are not allowed to advertise specific brands. Bummer right? The good news is, we have a cicerone (beer sommelier) on staff. Our cicerone works with local, craft breweries to select the best beer the city has to offer. Every Brewquet includes beer from 2-6 different breweries based on what is seasonal and delicious.
Q: Can I choose a specific alcohol or beer?
A: The short answer is no. But…We have an on staff cicerone (beer sommelier) who is always selecting the best local beers within the beer style you pick for your order. However, we will always do our best to fill special requests. If you have a favourite brewery or specific beer, write it down in the “special requests/delivery instructions” section during check-out. We can’t make any promises but if we can, we will.
Q: Can I add additional items to the Brewquet I’m ordering?
A: Yes. When you add your Brewquet to cart you will be offered a menu of optional add-on items.
Q: Can I build my own Brewquet from scratch?
A: Not yet, but we’re working on it. The closest option is to start with the Main Street or Kitsilano Brewquet. When you add it to your cart, you will be offered a number of add-on options. You can add as many additional products as you like to really customise your Brewquet.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged as soon as the order has been placed.
